Olympic Weightlifting consists of two major lifts, the Snatch plus the Clean & Jerk. Both of these movements can have huge benefits on your body when performed correctly, improving your strength, Coordination, Flexibility and Power. While learning the two major lift you will also be taken through many accessory movements to support your development whilst also being vital in your injury prevention, keeping you safe. Olympic Weightlifting is perfect for all individuals that are looking to change their body composition, improve their athletic performance or even learn a new sport. Jiu Jitsu

Led by experienced instructors who are passionate about the art of Jiu Jitsu, our classes offer a dynamic blend of traditional techniques and modern training methodologies. Through structured drills, live sparring sessions, and personalized coaching, you'll develop a deeper understanding of Jiu Jitsu principles while honing your physical abilities.

Led by our expert instructors, each Hyrox Challenge session will take you through a series of challenging exercises inspired by the official Hyrox race format. From high-intensity interval training to functional movements like burpees, box jumps, sled pushes, and more, you'll tackle a variety of obstacles that will push you to new heights both mentally and physically.

Friday Fitness

This is our Signature class of the week at The Zone. This class has one main goal, to bringing the community together and celebrate your weeks hard work both inside and outside of the gym! The Friday Fitness class is based on partner or team workouts. A perfect chance to have fun with your friends while getting in your weekend fitness in.


In our Functional Fitness Class, expect dynamic workouts that incorporate a variety of movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, and twisting. Our experienced instructors will guide you through exercises that mimic real-life activities, helping you build strength and stability that translates seamlessly into your everyday life.
Through a combination of bodyweight exercises, functional movements, and targeted drills, you'll develop a stronger core, better balance, and increased flexibility. Our supportive environment ensures that participants of all fitness levels feel welcomed and challenged.


Compliment your training with our mobility focused sessions. Gain flexibility and learn new skills while reaping the benefits of improved physical alignment and bettering your recovery. This session is perfect for those who are looking to enhance their performances in all other Zones!

Can I freeze my membership?

“Total of 4 weeks optional freezing of membership with our 12-month packs."

How do I book a class?

“Book your class by calling our office. Once you’ve become a member, download The Zone Fitness app. With the app you will be able to easily view schedules, book classes and keep fully updated with The Zone."

Do you have exclusive classes for female?

“Yes we offer HIIT, Spin classes for female only."

What do I need to bring with me?

“Proper workout attire and shoes, towel and a bottled water. "

Can I cancel my appointment or class?

“You can cancel your appointment or class up to 60 minutes before it starts. "

Can I come in and workout on my own?

“We have an Open Gym package which allows you to train at your own pace."

How many paddle courts do you have?

“We have 4 courts available for booking. Book a court for 1hr and enjoy playing with 4 of your friends."
